Recently, I got the chance to attend the PRI Show in Orlando, Florida. Let me say, it was an awesome show! It was held at the Orlando Convention Center, from the 10th – 13th of December 2008. My dad and I left on Friday December 12, 2008 in the morning to take in the show for the weekend. We had a day and a half to walk around the show and this was almost not enough time, because the show was so big. Anything that had to do motorsports from safety equipment, to engine parts, to race gear regardless of what series they are required for was available. Some of my favourite things of the weekend were definitely seeing all of the cars as well as the pit boxes from the NASCAR teams up close. We were surprised to find many other companies there that sell products that I had never even heard of, like Lady Eagle. They are a company out of Washington that specializes in Women’s race wear. There were over 1400 exhibitors with displays and registered attendance was approximately 40 000. All in all, it was an awesome weekend, and I definitely can not wait to go again next year!
